Last Week eBay teamed up with the Arizona Commerce Authority to host a webinar focused on helping small businesses leverage ecommerce in the time of COVID-19, and beyond. The online event featured longtime eBay seller Theresa Cox of Club Red 97 and Alexis Gallivan of eBay’s Seller Marketing & Engagement team.
Alexis began with an overview of eBay’s many seller offerings, which included a review of the new eBay Up & Running Program for small businesses. The program offers the following benefits to sellers who sign up by June 30, 2020:
- A free three-month basic store subscription
- No selling fees through June 30th
- Access to exclusive e-learning opportunities
Additionally, Alexis shared many of the great benefits available to all sellers on the eBay platform, like seller-to-seller mentorship, 24/7 seller support and our unique Seller Hub that helps sellers analyze performance, trends, and store growth.
Theresa joined the call to share her eBay story. She started selling in 1995 and quickly fell in love with the platform. After being laid off several times over several years, Theresa decided to sell on eBay full time starting in 2015 and now employs several people in her local Arizona community. In addition to her eBay store Club Red 97, Theresa runs a local eBay Meet Up group and mentors new sellers in her local area. Theresa highly recommends the eBay platform as a great place to sell.
eBay would like to thank the Arizona Commerce Authority for this great opportunity to reach local small businesses.
