With the advent of new technologies and the growth of the Internet , online sexual crimes against children is now a global issue. To tackle the problem, eBay Inc. supports a multi-stakeholder approach and partners with governments, civil society and industry to fight online child sexual exploitation.
On 29th and 30th October, ECPAT Indonesia (End Child Prostitution, Pornography and Trafficking), in partnership with the French Embassy and Terre des Hommes, organized a Conference on Sexual Crimes against Children Online In Jakarta, Indonesia and brought together expert speakers representing national and international governments, law enforcement, academics, media, civil society, private industry and other relevant stakeholders to discuss trends and share expertise.
