eBay Government Relation’s Director for Antitrust and Regulatory, Lindsay Lutz, has been nominated for a Global Counsel Award. The Global Counsel Awards, launched in 2007, uniquely recognizes the outstanding work done by corporate in-house legal teams and individuals. The aim is to reward lawyers for achievements across the full spectrum of in-house responsibility. Lindsay is one of four individuals globally to receive a short list nomination in the best individual competition in-house counsel category.
As eBay’s global competition counsel, Lindsay manages all antitrust and competition matters, including product counseling, regulatory, litigation, M&A, and compliance for eBay’s marketplaces, classifieds, and StubHub businesses. Lindsay regularly partners with eBay’s regional Government Relation teams on competition-related issues. Lindsay joined eBay in 2015 from a law firm in San Francisco.
The winners of this award will be announced on June 8, 2017 at an award ceremony in New York City. Congratulations Lindsay!
