Last week, at the 2012 Business for Social Responsibility Conference (BSR) in New York City, eBay Inc personnel led a panel discussion entitled, “In Conversation with eBay: Getting to the 'How' of Collaboration”.   The panel discussion focused on how eBay partnered across its business units to advance its commitment to renewable energy, particularly through eBay data center operations in Utah.  David London, Senior Director for US State Government Relations participated in the panel and discussed how Government Relations collaborated with the eBay Green Team and data center operations team to advance Utah Senate Bill 12, which allows renewable energy providers, the utilities and renewable energy users to enter into a three-way contract to secure long-term access to renewable energy.  Read the Green Biz article on the event.
