eBay Inc. represented the Asia Internet Coalition at the Board of Computing Professionals Malaysia Open Day in Putrajaya and drafted our feedback on the controversial Bill that was introduced by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). 

While we believe that the introduction of the Act might have been well intentioned, such an Act, if it is not crafted clearly and specifically for the Computing industry, could add another layer of bureaucracy and inevitably chill innovation.
