Building decarbonization policies and practices include energy efficiency programs; building energy benchmarking programs; sustainable building design approaches; performance standards for new and existing buildings; strategic electrification; building energy and water codes; strategic energy management; building-level distributed generation and storage; and demand-side management (DSM) programs.
