Wee Choo Hua, eBay Inc. Head of Government Relations for Southeast Asia, addresses attendees

On September 18, 2012, eBay Inc., along with several other tech industry leaders, hosted and presented at an Intellectual Property (IP) & Cybersecurity event in Hanoi, Vietnam.  The event was organized to foster discussion and raise awareness of IP and cybersecurity issues faced by the tech industry, governments and the public.  The event was organized by the American Chamber of Commerce, Vietnam Information Security Association, Vietnam Computer Emergency Response Team in cooperation with the Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications.  David Shear, US Ambassador to Vietnam, delivered the welcome address and officially kicked off the event.
